[ФИРМА] processes personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
Account data: name, venue name, email address, phone number, venue address.
Billing data: plan, period, amount, payment date, transaction status.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, access time, pages visited within the service.
Content entered by the User: items, categories, prices, images and menu descriptions.
3. What we do NOT collect
We do not collect or store payment card data. The entire card payment process takes place on the systems of an authorised processor and the relevant bank. The Provider at no point has access to the card number, expiry date or CVV code.

5. Sharing with third parties
Data is shared only with processors necessary to operate the service:
- payment processor — to process transactions;
- hosting provider — to store data;
- email service — to send system notifications;
- competent authorities — only where required by law.
Personal data is never sold and is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention period
Account data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and for 12 months thereafter. Accounting records are retained for the periods prescribed by law.
7. Your rights
The User has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Requests should be sent to support@imenu.mk and are answered within 30 days.
The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection.
8. Cookies
The platform uses strictly necessary cookies for session handling and security. Analytics cookies are used only with consent.
